DIFCO PLANT – Mansoura, Lebanon
Overview
DIFCO Plant is dedicated to producing a wide range of high-quality products. With a focus on efficiency and excellence, it operates several departments to ensure smooth production and quality assurance.
- Production Department: Converts raw materials into finished products while minimizing waste and adhering to high standards.
- Quality Department: Ensures all products meet international and local standards, maintaining quality above customer expectations before reaching the market.
- Maintenance Department: Keeps all machinery and equipment functioning optimally to prevent downtimes.
- Warehouse Department: Serves as a crucial link between production and distribution in the supply chain.

- Breakfast Cereal Lines: 2,500 kg/hour (approximately 18,000 tons/year)
- Cereal Bar Lines: 2,160 kg/hour (approximately 15,000 tons/year)
- Pretzels Line: 500 kg/hour (approximately 3,600 tons/year)

Safety & Health

- A general health doctor visits the plant weekly and as needed.
- Occupational Safety Measures: Personal protective equipment (PPE), machinery safety protocols, and fire extinguishers are in place.
- A fully equipped first aid team is available for emergencies.
Sanitation & Cleanliness
We adhere to strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols:
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of workspaces and production lines.
- Strict hygiene practices in food preparation areas, including proper handling PPE (gloves, hairnets) and regular employee training on good hygiene practices.

GLOBAL SNACKS – Ferzol, Lebanon

Global Snacks plant is dedicated to producing a variety of delicious snacks, with a strong emphasis on optimizing productivity and maintaining quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Production Department: Oversees the manufacturing of products by coordinating materials, machinery, and labor to transform inputs into finished goods efficiently.
- Quality Department: Ensures that finished goods meet local and international standards through rigorous inspections and testing, focusing on maintaining quality consistency and compliance.
- Warehousing Department: Manages and organizes the storage and distribution of materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient stock management and timely delivery to meet operational and customer demands.
- Maintenance Department: Responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and reducing downtimes.
